• Where is the store based?

  Commerce City, CO

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  1-2 weeks U.S. on average!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  For now, I am only shipping to the US and Canada! I will be trying to open up shipping to the EU, EFTA and UK first, and then to other countries based on demand!

• Where is my tracking number?

  If your order is print on demand, you will not receive a tracking number until the product has been created! Production times range on average from 2-5 days, but can take as long as 10 days for high demand items such as posters and shirts.

• Why did I only recieve part of my order/packing slip only shows one item?

  Print on demand items are each made in a different factory! You will have separate tracking numbers and arrival times for each item type you ordered.

• Why is shipping so expensive?

  Due to print on demand items being made in different locations, each location has to ship that item separately! Ordering two of the same item type will cost less to ship than two different item types. (Example: Ordering 1 poster and 1 sticker may cost $9 to ship, while ordering two posters may cost $5.40 to ship)

• Do you accept returns?

  I do not accept returns! But please do reach out to me for quality issues on your order so I can report them to the printing company and do whatever I can to make your order right!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
